Robina hits a specific sweet spot in the maintenance curve. Homes built here between 1993 and 2005 are now 20–30 years old — old enough that the original consumables (hot water systems, roof bedding, tap washers, flexible braided hoses, gutter joints) are all at or beyond their design life, but young enough that the underlying structure — brickwork, roof timbers, main sewer runs — is still in excellent condition.
