Who we are
Properr Plumbing & Roofing is a local business based in Coomera Waters on the northern Gold Coast. We work on the roofs, gutters and plumbing of homes and businesses across the region, from roof restorations and roof painting through to blocked drains, hot water systems and emergency leaks.
Being local is the practical part of that. Our base is in the middle of the northern corridor, so the suburbs we work in most are the ones around us, and we know the housing stock, the estates and the way the weather treats roofs here.
One team for roofs, gutters and plumbing
Most water problems in a home cross trades. A stain on a ceiling can be a cracked tile, a failed flashing, a rusted box gutter, a blocked downpipe or a pipe in the wall, and a roofer who does not do plumbing, or a plumber who will not get on the roof, can only ever check half of that list.
Because we cover roofing and plumbing with the same team, a leak gets traced to its real source rather than handed on to someone else. It also means the related work can be done in one visit. If the guttering needs replacing while the roof is being restored, the access is already set up and the same crew handles both.
